ET’s BIRTHDAY TREAT
She said - I’m hitting 60
I’ve got a weekend planned
A ‘wow’ west coast location
With surf and golden sand
A long way for a weekend
I thought -must book a flight
Although still somewhat puzzled
Will we see much daylight?
So turning to my ‘hostess ’
I ventured then to say
But is the journey worth it
To ‘Big Sur,’ USA?
She laughed out loud whilst saying
You don’t go there by plane
She further kept me guessing
You don’t get there by train!
As down the Llyn we headed
The secret was unfurled
‘Twas Abersoch and Goslings
