200GRAM TUB HALF FAT CRÈME FRAICHE

SHERRY DRY

LIME

OLIVE OIL

SESAME OIL

S+P

FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER

Fry leeks in oil and sesame oil

Add pasta and sherry

Fold together, cook for few mins.

Add crème fraiche and crabmeat.

Cook for few mins

Squeeze of lime juice.

Serve with fresh ground black pepper

Ideal starter not main meal
